Publications & Programs

ISLE Journal

ISLE: Interdisciplinary Studies in Literature and Environment publishes criticism, poetry, creative nonfiction and book reviews in literature and environment and related fields.

Graduate Student Handbook

A reference guide for those studying or considering study in the field of literature and environment or related disciplines.

Graduate Student Mentoring Program

Helps to connect students interested in particular environmental or natural themes with a suitable mentor in the field when their school does not have a faculty member with this expertise.

ASLE Book and Paper Awards

Biennial awards given for scholarship and creative writing with environmental or ecocritical themes.  Awards are made at the ASLE conference.
