Registration is now open for the 2015 ASLE Biennial Conference, from June 23-27, 2015 in Moscow, Idaho. The conference registration fee is $150 if received by May 1st and $175 if received after that date. Discounted fees of $75 and $100 are available for students, independents, and retired persons.  Please visit the Registration Page of the conference website for full instructions, policies, and links to register.

All presenters must be members of the Association for the Study of Literature and Environment and/or one of its international affiliated organizations (e.g. ALECC, ASLE-Japan, etc.) by May 15.  Non-presenting attendees are exempt from this requirement. Information about ASLE membership and online registration/renewal can be found here.

Workshops/Seminars: Pre-registration is required for pre- and mid-conference workshops and seminars prior to completing the conference registration form.  Read more about the various offerings and how to sign up here.

Field Trips: Registration for field trips is limited based on availability, and is not available to those registered for Friday afternoon workshops, as they occur at the same time. To help you make a choice, please see full trip descriptions published on the Field Trips Page.

Travel, Lodging and Transportation Information
Lodging: You may register separately for dormitory housing at the University of Idaho. Information and registration links are found at the Residence Hall Accommodation Page. There are also a number of hotel options, and rates and booking information is found on the Hotel Accommodation Page.

Air Travel & Ground Transportation: Three airports serve the Moscow area. Wheatland Express will provide shuttle service to and from the three nearby airports, especially for ASLE participants. Please see the Travelling to Moscow page for links and information. Rental cars are also available at each airport.

ASLE 2015 Conference Member Community Chat Group
If you wish to communicate with other presenters about plans for travel, lodging or other events, we have set up a special group in the ASLE Member Community (You must be/become an ASLE member to present at the conference).  ASLE members can login at https://asle.force.com/members/login, (or from the ASLE home page, click on MEMBER LOGIN in the upper right corner).  In the Member Community, click on the “Chatter” tab, then on “Groups” in menu on left; look for “ASLE 2015 Conference” and click “Join”.  Once you join you can post queries and respond to others about the conference.
