NYT Features Innovative Course Taught by ASLE EC Member

On March 31, 2014, the New York Times Education section highlighted Executive Council member Stephanie LeMenager’s course on “The Cultures of Climate Change” at the University of Oregon. LeMenager told ASLE News : “The New York Times contacted us out of the blue to find out what we in the Humanities can contribute to discussion–and action–against climate change. We were happy that the University of Oregon might be considered a place where such questions are being pursued, and happy to oblige the NYT . The graduate students seen presenting in the NYT photograph are Taylor McHolm and Shane Hall.”  McHolm and Hall are also members of ASLE.
