Bibliography for a Seminar on Henry David Thoreau

I'm teaching a senior seminar on Thoreau next year, and I'd like to approach the class differently than the traditional single-author seminars.  My intention is to begin with influences on Thoreau (British Romantics, Eastern philosophy, Emerson, etc.), devote the middle third of the course to Thoreau, and then conclude by looking at his influence on 20th century writers.  I would be delighted if folks could forward any texts/authors that allude to, evoke, deconstruct, or critique Thoreau.  Secondary sources will be helpful, but I'm most concerned with finding some good primary texts.

I will, of course, compile a complete bibliography for the list.

Many thanks, Kate
