ASLE’s Scholar of the Month for March 2025 is John MacNeill Miller.

John MacNeill Miller is currently Associate Professor of English at Allegheny College, where he teaches and writes about the intersections of literature, animal studies, and the environmental humanities. His book The Ecological Plot: How Stories Gave Rise to a Science was published in 2024 by the University of Virginia Press.
