ASLE’s Scholar of the Month for May 2025 is Gianfranco Selgas.

Gianfranco Selgas is a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at University College London (UCL). His research focuses on the culture, media, and history of nature extraction and energy across Latin America and the Caribbean.
