The ASLE EcoCast podcast is doing a special “Quick Fictions” episode in honor of EcoCast’s first birthday in July, 2021.

We want to hear your voices on EcoCast! The special Quick Fictions episode will feature very short creative pieces (of 300 words or less) with environmental themes. We’re looking for thoughtful, arresting pieces about ecological issues, climate breakdown, or mass extinction. An Eco Quick fiction might be quick cli-fi, quick nature writing, quick neo-pastoral, or it might be a prose poem that reflects on local or global environmental crises.

Submit your Eco Quick Fictions (up to 300 words in length, but much shorter is also very welcome!) here by the 15th of May. Our favourites will feature in a special episode of EcoCast.
